If you do not have the motivation to workout and eat healthy on your own, do it for your kids. Children watch everything their parents do and mimic those behaviors. If they see you being inactive and eating poorly, they will do the same, which may lead to obesity or just a very unhealthy lifestyle. Studies have shown that if children are active early in their lives, they are more likely to be active adults. By teaching your kids healthy habits while they are young, it is benefitting their whole lives, because they will carry these habits on into adulthood and pass id down to their children as well.
