I think people overthink exercising.  You think that if you are not at the gym lifting weights or running on the treadmill, you are not getting exercise.  There a small ways that you can burn more calories throughout the day.  These things should not be your only workout of the day, but getting up out of your desk to walk around or taking the stairs instead of the elevator can make a big difference.  Check out this infographic to see small ways you can get those extra steps in so you can reach that 10,000 steps!
