Have you ever heard of Kayla Itsines? She is known for the workout program that she developed, which is now an app that is affordable for everyone!  I have personally tried her workouts and they are extremely challenging, but the amazing part about them is that they are only 28 minutes long!  She has hundreds of thousands of members who have made dramatic changes in their physique by doing these short, yet challenging workouts and eating the right way.  She has a very large following of mothers who are now in better shape than they were before they were pregnant and they call themselves the BBGMoms.  Her app also includes food guidelines on what you should eat in order to be in great shape.
